Tower of jewels.
This is a wonderful flowering structural plant. Endemic to the Canary islands, the silver/blue foliage makes a statement in any garden. once flowering it is a plume of red flowers. Bees love them.
 
It needs a full sun position in a well drained soil, Height up to 2m.
